FavPik is a platform for genuine decision-making and fun opinions. These guidelines ensure a safe, respectful, and useful experience for everyone. By creating a poll, you agree to follow these rules.

Polls that help you or others make a genuine decision — choosing a product, planning an event, picking a restaurant, career choices, creative content ideas, and similar use cases.
Fun opinion polls — favourite movies, best travel destinations, food preferences, "this or that" comparisons, and lighthearted topics.
Feedback and survey polls — gathering input from your team, community, friends, or audience on neutral topics.
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of the poll and may lead to permanent account suspension:
Political content
No polls that name, compare, promote, criticize, or reference any political party, political leader, political ideology, election, or government policy in a partisan manner. This includes indirect references, coded language, and satirical framing. India has strict laws governing political speech on digital platforms, and FavPik is not a forum for political discourse.
Religious & communal content
No polls that compare religions, religious figures, religious practices, or communities in any manner that could be perceived as divisive, hurtful, or provocative. No polls that target or stereotype any caste, tribe, sect, or ethnic group.
Hate speech & discrimination
No polls containing or promoting hatred, violence, discrimination, or prejudice against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other characteristic.
Defamation & personal attacks
No polls that defame, harass, bully, or target any real individual — whether a public figure, private citizen, or any identifiable person. This includes polls designed to humiliate, mock, or damage someone's reputation.
Sexual & adult content
No sexually explicit, suggestive, or adult content of any kind. This includes innuendos, double meanings, and content that is inappropriate for a general audience.
Violence & illegal activity
No polls promoting, glorifying, or facilitating violence, terrorism, self-harm, drug use, or any illegal activity under Indian or international law.
Misinformation & fraud
No polls designed to spread false information, misleading claims, conspiracy theories, fake health advice, or fraudulent schemes.
Spam & manipulation
No duplicate polls, bot-generated content, polls created solely for link farming, SEO manipulation, or commercial spam. No polls that manipulate voting through fake accounts or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
Intellectual property violations
No polls that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights. Do not use brand logos, copyrighted images, or trademarked names in a misleading context.
Troll, joke & nonsensical options
All poll options must genuinely answer the question. Options that are vulgar disguised as humour (e.g., offensive fake product names), deliberately absurd, or designed to make the poll useless will be removed.
You are fully responsible for the content of every poll you create, including the title, description, and all options.
You must ensure your poll complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act 2000, Indian Penal Code, and the Representation of the People Act.
You must not create polls on behalf of a political party, lobbyist, or organisation without clear disclosure.
If your poll references brands, products, or services, it must be a genuine comparison and not a paid promotion disguised as a user poll.
Every poll goes through automated AI moderation that reviews the title, description, and all options as a unit. Polls that violate these guidelines are automatically blocked.
We also conduct periodic manual reviews. Polls flagged by users or identified during audits will be reviewed by our team.
We reserve the right to remove any poll at any time, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these guidelines or poses a risk to the platform or its users.
First violation: Poll removed, warning issued.
Second violation: Poll removed, account suspended for 30 days.
Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account ban. In cases involving illegal content, we may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities along with your account information and IP address.
If you encounter a poll that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at hello [at] favpik [dot] com with the poll link and a brief description of the issue. We will review and act within 24 hours.
We may update these guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or community standards. Continued use of the poll creation feature after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
